1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://localcleanerz.com and the related booking tools and account portals operated by Local US Cleaners LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Our Services
We connect clients with independent cleaning professionals across the United States. We offer residential and commercial cleaning, including maintenance, deep, move-out, post-renovation, recurring, and short-term rental cleaning. Availability depends on your location.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account PIN confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Booking & Scheduling
When you book, you provide your service address and the details needed to complete the job. We assign a vetted cleaning professional based on your location. Service times are estimates and may be affected by access, property condition, and scope.
5. Pricing & Payments
Pricing may be hourly, scope-based (one price for the whole job), or membership-based, as selected at booking. Card authorizations may be placed up to 72 hours before service, or sooner for last-minute bookings. Additional time or scope may be billed at published rates. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule within the window described at booking. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis consistent with these Terms and the quality process below.
7. Service Quality & Walkthrough
We want you to be satisfied. Please complete a final walkthrough with the cleaning professional before they leave so any concerns can be addressed on-site. Claims raised after a missed walkthrough may be limited.
8. Membership
Club membership provides discounted rates and renews on the schedule described at sign-up. Discounts received through membership may be subject to repayment if you cancel early. You may manage or cancel membership through your account or by contacting us.
9. Independent Cleaning Professionals
Cleaning professionals are independent and are assigned to work in the areas where they live. They are responsible for performing services professionally. We vet professionals but do not guarantee outcomes beyond what is stated in these Terms.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by providing false information, interfering with the platform, attempting unauthorized access, or arranging services outside the platform to avoid fees. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local US Cleaners LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local US Cleaners LLC and its personnel from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Local US Cleaners LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
