Cancellation and reschedule policy

Cancellations and adjustments must be made by 5pm the day before the booking. Notice of less than 24 hours may incur the fee described in our Terms.

Are the times on the booking form exact?

Times shown when you book are estimates. They depend on the condition of the home and the work required to finish the clean properly. Extra time above that estimate is charged by the hour. Pricing per hour depends on the type of clean.
