Local US Cleaners Club Agreement
By signing below you agree to a minimum one-year membership at $50 per month, debited on the last calendar day of each month. All bookings while active are billed at $35/hr. Early cancellation requires repayment of $15 for every discounted hour already received. Membership renews automatically each year unless cancelled per our Terms of Service.
You authorize Local US Cleaners LLC to debit your saved card for membership fees and cleaning charges per our payment policy.
